STERIPLASMA POUCHES

Description

Pouches made of Tyvek® are suitable for plasma gas sterilization with hydrogen peroxide. The flat pouches are perfect for all operators who sterilize material with standard sizes.
Available in different sizes.

Technical characteristics

• They are composed of a transparent side in medical plastic film and on one side Tyvek® Dupont, which guarantees excellent resistance to microbial penetration, exceptional resistance to tearing and perforation and perfect peelability.
• The printing takes place on a line outside the useful space for sterilization along the welds of the film, in order to avoid ink migration on the product.
• The triple welding line is equipped with a spacing and resistance to ensure a constant seal during sterilization and excellent peelability during opening without the release of fibers of Tyvek. Dupont or lacerations.

Packaging

Pouches are packed in plastic bags and placed inside a packaging carton.
Pouches are clamped every 250 pcs.
