TNT (tissue-non-tissue) is an innovative material, soft and strong at the same time, allowing excellent resistance to microbial penetration during steam and EO sterilization.
TNT Blue pouches are suitable for the packaging of heavy and bulky objects.
TNT Blue pouches are manufactured from a transparent plastic medical film and from TNT, which grants high strenght against burst and humidity.
TNT Blue pouches imprints are performed outside the packing area, along the welding line, to prevent ink from migrating to the product.
Three-line sealing with strong strength and effective spacing grants a perfect adhesivity during sterilization process and an excellent fibre-free and tear-free
peeling during opening.
ISO 11140 certified inks are water based and non-toxic.
All materials comply with international standards.
Opening direction is clearly marked.
Validated production process.
TNT Blue pouches are packed in plastic bags and placed inside a cardboard box.
Packs of 100 or 200 pieces are available according to Customer needs.
Plastic packing ensures protection against dust even after opening of the box.
Suitable to be used with all types of sealing machines.
